THE PAT ECONOMY

Where PAT comes from, and where it goes

PAT is the points currency of PATV: one balance for the website, the pads' chat rooms and Discord. Spending never destroys it: it moves into pools that pay it back out as prizes, loot and rewards. These are the live numbers.

THE PAT LOOP

How PAT moves

1 · MADE The Federal Reserve

New PAT is only ever made here, under written rules, and every mint is on the public record: the floor top-up, organic issuance (when it's switched on), admin mints and the rare loan mint. Donations are the one mint that lands in a wallet: the donor's.

  • Made in 30 days 240,198,995
2 · PUT TO WORK The pools
  • Incentive budget 59.8M
  • The House 44.2M
  • Fort Knox 15M
  • Casino vault 2.8M
3 · PAID OUT Your wallet

Rewards, prizes, heist loot, tips and staking profits land in players' wallets. Rewards come from the incentive budget, never straight from the Fed.

4 · RETIRED Burned

Only the Fed's excess above its ceiling is burned. No wallet, stash or game pool ever is.

  • Burned in 30 days 0

↺ Spending goes back to the pools: spins, tickets, fees and room spends refill the House, the vaults and the Fed. Every Monday the House, the Bank and the Market maker settle their profit: 20% to stakers, up to half of the rest to the Fed, and the remainder to the incentive budget.

MONETARY POLICY

The Fed band

The Federal Reserve is inside its band right now: nothing is being minted and nothing is being burned.

The Fed holds 75,976,523 PAT.

Below the floorA capped daily mint (at most 5M a day) refills it, so the weekly rewards and the pools' safety net never run dry.
Inside the bandNo floor mint and no burn. The Fed fills the pools from what it holds; organic issuance, when it's switched on, can top it up toward the ceiling.
Above the ceilingThe excess leaves circulation: it is burned, so supply can't run away.

THE GUIDE

The full guide

Everything you can do with PAT: earn it, gamble it, bet it, lend it, stake it, or steal it. Most of it runs through Pepe in the pads' chat rooms, and a lot of it works right here on the site too.

THE BASICS

What PAT is

PAT (Public Access Token) is the points currency of PATV. It's one balance shared by the website, the pads' chat rooms and Discord, so PAT you win from Pepe in a room is the same PAT you spend on the site. It isn't crypto and it isn't real money, but you can spend it on real prizes in the shop.

Hang out

Chatting in a room enters you in Pepe's automatic raffles, and whoever spends the most time on mic each hour gets a top-mic reward. Chat messages and mic time also earn XP.

!xp · !level

Level up

1 XP per chat message, 1 XP per second on mic. Every new level pays 25,000 PAT, and every 5th level is a milestone: a bonus of 250,000 PAT × (level ÷ 5) — 250k at level 5, 500k at 10, 1.25M at 25, 2.5M at 50 — plus a level cosmetic for your profile or GTF avatar (prestige borders every 10 levels past 50). You also get a stat point every 10 levels for your heist character. Paid from the incentive budget: if this week's level-up budget is used up, your reward waits in line and lands as soon as it refills.

Achievements

100 achievements for chatting, mic time, games, heists and more. Each one is a pixel badge on your profile, plus XP and a PAT bonus.

!achievements · /achievements

Play

Spin the wheel, win at the tables, win trivia, crack a vault, collect on a good bet. Getting tipped counts too: anyone can send you PAT with !tip.

Broke? !beg for a small handout (only when you're nearly out).

Your wallet and history

Your balance shows on your profile. /history lists every PAT transaction on your account (tips, wins, bets, bonuses), and !history shows your last five in chat. The leaderboard shows the top balances and the total PAT supply: every PAT that exists, in wallets, vaults, escrow and stashes. Link your chat account in Settings → Account → Connections (for Camfrog, type !verify with the code) so your chat PAT and site PAT are one balance.

PAT FLOW

Where PAT goes

When you pay for something (a spin, a ticket, a fee, a paid command) that PAT doesn't vanish. Spending never burns PAT. It moves into one of the pools below, and those pools pay it back out as prizes, heist loot and rewards. (The one exception is the Federal Reserve's excess above its ceiling.)

THE PAT MAP

How PAT is made, moves and comes back

The whole economy in one picture, as it runs today. Dashed items are coming soon.

✨ New PAT

  • Floor top-up if the Fed ends a day below its floor (at most 5M a day)
  • Organic issuance, a steady trickle that grows when the rooms are busy (off for now)
  • Admin mints, into the Fed only, each with a written reason
  • Loan mints, only if the Fed is ever short for a loan

Every mint is logged, and the daily supply history is public: see the charts.

↺ How it flows back

  • Monday settlement: the House, the Bank and the Market maker each keep a target bankroll. Profit above it first repays any Fed loan, then 20% goes to stakers (up to 25% a year), then half of the rest goes to the Fed while it's below its ceiling, and everything else goes to the incentive budget.
  • Heist vault overflow: above their caps (13.5M and 9M, 60% and 40% of the weekly budget), Fort Knox and the Casino vault send the extra back to the incentive budget.
  • Fees for the Fed: fines and fees refill the Federal Reserve, so the weekly top-up needs less new PAT.
  • Pad vault payouts: a small daily payout to each pad's owner, streamers, regulars and room games, paid only from what the pad really earned.coming soon

The Federal Reserve

The central bank, in charge of monetary policy, and the only place new PAT is made: every mint follows a written rule and is on the public record. It keeps itself between a floor and a ceiling (the Fed band): below the floor it mints back up, a little each day; above the ceiling the excess is burned. It never pays a wallet. Its job is to keep the protocol stocked with PAT: it tops the incentive budget up every Monday, lends the House, the Bank and the Market maker the gap the moment one runs short (flash liquidity), and can grant PAT to a pool. It collects fines, the bounty fee and the shop fee, plus half of the protocol's weekly profit while it's below its ceiling. Nobody robs it: the bank heist cracks Fort Knox. !reserve shows its balance.

The incentive budget

Pays every reward in the game: welcome PAT, level-ups, achievements, room games, pad royalties, launch grants and the heist vaults' floors. Each kind has a weekly allowance, and the Fed guarantees the weekly total (22.5M PAT). Rewards are never printed straight into wallets. More below.

The House (casino jackpot)

The casino's bankroll. Wheel spins, losing bets, rake, the bingo cut, the wager fee and 60% of every lotto ticket go in; it pays the wheel, blackjack wins and the fixed lotto prizes. If a big win ever runs it short, the Fed lends it the gap on the spot. Its profit is settled every Monday. !jackpot (or !vault) shows what's in it.

The Lotto pot

A separate rolling jackpot fed by 40% of every lotto ticket. Only a lotto jackpot win is paid from it, so a big lotto winner never drains the House. Capped at 100M.

The Bank & 📈 Market maker

Two working vaults: the Bank lends PAT to players through Reserve loans and keeps the interest, and the Market maker puts up the starting PAT for every prediction market and keeps its trading fees. Together with the House they're the capital vaults you can stake in, and the Fed backs all three with flash liquidity.

Fort Knox & the Casino vault

The heist vaults. Fort Knox (the bank job) collects half of what's spent in rooms, Prime Time, Season Passes, sticker packs and bank and store heist buy-ins; the Casino vault collects casino heist buy-ins. The incentive budget keeps each at 2M or more, and above its cap (13.5M and 9M, 60% and 40% of the weekly budget) the extra flows back to the incentive budget. Heists pay out of them like a dividend, and the admins can switch that faucet on and off.

The routing table

Every fee in the game has a row in one table that says where it goes. A fee goes to whoever put up the PAT for the activity: casino play and the wager fee to the House, market and pool fees to the Market maker, loan interest to the Bank. Fines, the bounty fee and the shop fee go to the Federal Reserve, and spending in a room is split between Fort Knox and that pad's vault. The admins tune the splits.

Boosts & stage slots

The front page shows the liveliest pad: you can't buy it. Anyone can boost a pad with PAT to push it up the ranking (boosts fade by half every hour and only count while the pad is active). Stage slots are free unless the pad's owner sets a price. Boosts and slot fees go half to that pad's vault and half to Fort Knox; each pad vault pays the pad's owner, its streamers and its regulars a little every day through the payout recipe. An owner paying in their own pad sends it all to Fort Knox. Boost from the 🚀 button on a pad's page, or type !boost 5000 in its chat room.

✨ Pad cosmetics (frames, name glows, badges, an animated avatar) take the same route: a pad's owner buying for their own pad sends 100% to Fort Knox; a gift from anyone else goes half to Fort Knox, half to that pad's vault.

Escrow

When you stake PAT on something that takes days (a wager, a market, a loan, a bounty, a bingo card) it leaves your wallet straight away and is held in escrow. Every step is recorded, so if Pepe restarts mid-game your PAT is either paid out or refunded: never lost, never paid twice.

REVENUE FOLLOWS THE ROOM

Pad vaults

Every pad with a connected chat room has its own pad vault: a pool of PAT (points, not money) that belongs to the pad. Half of what's spent in a pad (paid commands, songs, voices, heist gear, boosts, stage slots, pad cosmetic gifts) goes to that pad's vault and half to Fort Knox. Spending with no room goes all to Fort Knox, and so does the pad owner's (or the controlling gang's) spending in their own room. A vault holds at most 50,000,000 PAT; anything above goes to Fort Knox. Anyone can add to a vault with !padvault deposit <amount> or the Donate button on the pad's About tab (deposits and donations never count as the pad's income).

Pad vaults now: 12,960,469 PAT

  • Pepe's Pad: 10,427,502 PAT (429,490 in over the last 7 days)

!padvault · !padvault history · !padvault all

The payout recipe

Once a day each vault sets a budget: the owner's payout rate (2-15%, 10% by default) of its balance. The budget is split into fixed slices, and each slice pays only what the room really earned; the rest stays in the vault for a busier day:

  • Owner 15%: the pad's owner, when they were in the room on 3 of the last 7 days and the room was active on 3 of them. Capped at 25% of the room's average daily income, so deposits and the owner's own spending never raise it. House pads never pay an owner.
  • Gang 15%: the gang that controls the room, when it paid its upkeep (same cap).
  • Streamers 25%: by verified watch-minutes on the pad's stage (signed-in viewers, the page visible and playing, one session per account, up to 2 hours per viewer per streamer a day). Full at 600 watch-minutes a day; one streamer gets at most 60% of the slice.
  • Regulars 35%: people with 10+ real chat lines or 5+ minutes of speech on the mic that day (repeats, commands and silent mics don't count) and a PATV account at least a week old. Full at 20 people; one person gets at most 10% of the slice.
  • Room games 10%: the day's prize pool for the room's raffle, top mic of the hour and pictionary. When it's used up the games run for XP only.

Payouts of 25,000 PAT or more leave on a 10-minute convoy that people in the room can try to hit (a hit takes at most 20%). !padvault recipe shows the pad's last payout day.

REWARDS HAVE A BUDGET

The incentive budget

Rewards aren't printed. Every reward in the game is paid from one budget, and each kind of reward has a weekly allowance. The budget is refilled every Monday from the protocol's real profit, and the Federal Reserve guarantees the rest of the week's total (22.5M PAT). If an allowance runs out, your reward waits in line (first come, first paid) and lands in your wallet as soon as it refills. Nothing is ever skipped.

The weekly settlement

Every Monday at 04:00 UTC the House, the Bank and the Market maker each keep a target bankroll (House 15M, Bank 2M or twice its busiest lending, Market maker 1M or 1.5× its market seeds). The protocol's profit above that target is the surplus, and it is split in this order:

  • first it repays anything that vault borrowed from the Federal Reserve;
  • 20% to stakers in that vault, pro rata, capped at 25% APR on what they staked (anything over the cap rejoins the rest);
  • the rest: while the Federal Reserve is below its ceiling, half to the Reserve and half to the incentive budget; once it's at the ceiling, all of it to the incentive budget.

The weekly guarantee

Right after the settlement, the Federal Reserve tops the incentive budget up to the week's target: 22.5M PAT. A quiet week at the casino never means smaller rewards, and a busy one refills the Reserve instead of piling up in the budget.

SOON The target will grow and shrink with how many real, verified people are active, so rewards follow the people who show up. Activity checks keep alts and spam out of the count.

What the budget pays

  • Heist vault floors. Fort Knox and the Casino vault are topped back up to 2M each day, so heists always have something to rob. Above their caps (13.5M and 9M, 60% and 40% of the weekly budget) the extra flows back here.
  • Rewards. Welcome PAT, level-ups, achievements, connect bonuses, codes and platform rewards, and pad owner royalties until room payouts replace them, each within its weekly allowance. Rewards over it wait in line.
  • Room games. The chat raffle, top mic of the hour, pictionary and !beg, paced through the week (at most 1/7 of the allowance a day). A prize over the allowance is skipped. Once room payouts are on, a room with a vault pays its games from its own vault's daily slice instead.
  • Turf Wars: the turf income and the season prize of the current season.
  • Launch grants that seed the vaults of new pads, as they build a following.
  • SOON Activity rewards for people who chat and get on the mic, and pad top-ups that match what each pad vault pays out.

How the PAT protocol works

The short version: playing never burns PAT. Every PAT that exists is sitting somewhere: in a wallet, in a stash, or in one of the pools (the Federal Reserve, the incentive budget, the House, the Lotto pot, the Bank, the Market maker, the heist vaults, the pad vaults, a gang's turf, or escrow while a game or bet is running). Playing just moves it around. Here's how each pool deals with your wallet; the PAT map shows the whole loop.

Where PAT flows: it moves between wallets and pools. The Fed makes new PAT and fills the pools but never pays a wallet; only its excess above the ceiling is burned.

Capital vaults: PAT that does a job

Three of those pools are capital vaults. Each one holds PAT that does a real job in the game and earns from that job. You can put your own PAT in alongside it (that's staking) and earn or lose with it.

Bank

Lends the PAT for Reserve loans to players (!loan reserve). Earns their interest and late penalties, plus the protocol's 10% cut of interest on loans between players.

Risk: borrowers who don't pay. A loan 30 days late is a default: the protocol's own profit in the Bank absorbs it first, and if that isn't enough the Federal Reserve lends the Bank the rest. The Bank keeps the claim on the borrower, and stakers' share price is untouched unless a default is bigger than all of that.

House

This is the casino bankroll: the jackpot that pays out wins. Earns the house edge: losing blackjack bets, hold'em rake, wheel spins, the lotto's margin, the bingo house cut and the 5% wager fee.

Risk: big wins, like a wheel jackpot or a blackjack streak. If a payout ever runs it short, the Federal Reserve lends it the gap on the spot (flash liquidity). Casino heists don't touch it: they rob the separate Casino vault, which the incentive budget keeps topped up. Still the most up-and-down vault.

Market maker

Puts up the starting PAT (the "seed") for every new prediction market, then takes that market's 2% trading fees and whatever's left when it settles. The fee on betting pools goes to it too.

Risk: a market can lose at most its seed.

Its value counts each open market at what it expects back when it settles (the pot minus the winning shares, weighted by the market's own odds), not at the seed, so a one-sided market shows its coming loss straight away instead of at settlement.

Auto DEFAULT

A fund that holds all three for you, inside admin limits: at least 40% Bank, at most 35% House, at most 25% Market maker. Every day it leans toward whichever vault has done best over the last 30 days for the risk it took.

You only earn from what you fund. The protocol's own PAT sits in each vault right next to stakers' PAT, so everyone (the protocol included) earns and loses in proportion to what they put in.

Who takes the risk, who gets the fee: each vault backs one thing, earns from it, and carries its risk.

Shares: how a stake grows

Staking buys shares of a vault at today's share price (the vault's value ÷ the number of shares). When the vault earns, the share price goes up; when it pays out a big loss, the price goes down. Nothing is "paid out" to you and nothing piles up in a separate pool: your earnings compound automatically inside the price. Your stake is worth your shares × today's price, and your wallet shows that value and your profit or loss.

Earnings compound in the price. Nothing piles up or gets paid out separately. share price time → revenue in → price creeps up you stake big win paid out you unstake: shares × price

Earnings compound in the price. Nothing piles up or gets paid out separately.

Share price: revenue nudges it up day by day; a big win or loss knocks it down for a while.

Your stake: stash → daily cut-off → vault shares → the price grows → unstake back to your stash.

The daily cut-off

Stake and unstake requests don't happen instantly. They queue up and all run once a day (around midnight ET) at that day's price. That way nobody can jump in just before a lotto draw and jump out right after.

Getting your PAT out

A withdrawal needs free PAT in that vault: the Bank's PAT may be lent out, and the House always keeps a minimum float to pay winners. If there isn't enough, your request waits in the queue and fills as PAT frees up.

Limits

  • Stakers can own at most 50% of any vault, so the protocol always keeps skin in the game.
  • The weekly settlement: every Monday a vault's profit above its target size (the House: 15M; the Bank: 2M or twice its busiest lending; the Market maker: 1M or 1.5× its market seeds) is shared out. It first repays any Fed loan, then stakers get 20%, and the rest goes half to the Federal Reserve (while it's below its ceiling) and half to the incentive budget. Stakers' shares are never touched.
  • Ceiling: stakers' share of a week is capped at 25% a year ⚙; anything above it rejoins the rest of the surplus.

Fees follow risk

A fee goes to whoever put up the PAT for that activity. Market and pool fees go to the Market maker that seeds the markets, loan interest goes to the Bank that lent it, casino margins and the wager fee go to the House. Fines, the bounty fee and the shop fee go to the Federal Reserve, and spending in a room is split between Fort Knox and that pad's vault, by the routing table. Stakers don't get paid for activity they don't fund.

The Lotto pot

Each 1,000 PAT lotto ticket splits in two: 40% builds the Lotto pot, a separate rolling jackpot that only the lotto jackpot is paid from (so a jackpot win never drains the House), and 60% goes to the House, which pays the smaller fixed prizes and keeps the margin. The jackpot is capped at 100M.

GAMES OF CHANCE

The casino

Pepe runs the tables in the pads' chat rooms and shows the action on stream. Each game runs in one room; Pepe tells you where to head if you type a command somewhere else.

Wheel of Misfortune

5,000 PAT a spin, on the site or in chat. Where it stops is what you win. The thin gold slice is the jackpot: it hits about 1 in 3,000 spins and pays a share of the House, the casino jackpot (up to 5M).

The gold wheel on your profile allows 100 spins a day plus 25 per level (level 10: 350), resetting at midnight UTC. +100 Daily Gold Spins in the shop adds 100 a day for good: 3M PAT for your first, +1M for each one you already own (3M, 4M, 5M…), and that PAT goes to the House too.

!spin · or the wheel on your profile
PAT goes: every spin into the House (the casino bankroll), which pays the prizes.

Blackjack

Pepe deals from a 6-deck shoe, shuffled fresh and provably fair every round. Blackjack pays 3:2, dealer hits soft 17. Double, split (up to 4 hands), insurance. Bets 100 to 10,000 PAT, up to 6 players.

!bj start · !bet 500 · !hit / !stand · !autobet
PAT goes: losing bets go to the House, and the House pays the winners.

Texas Hold'em

No-limit hold'em in chat. Chips are PAT 1:1: buy in to sit (20 to 200 big blinds), swap your chips back to PAT any time. Your hole cards come by private message. Up to 9 players. Can't run alongside a blackjack table.

!holdem start 25/50 · !sit 5000 · !call · !raise 600 · !stand
PAT goes: pots go to the winners, minus a small rake (set by the admins) for the House.

PAT Lottery

Powerball-style, drawn every Sunday at 9pm ET, ball by ball on stream. Pick 4 numbers from 1–30 plus a Pepe Ball from 1–10, or let Pepe pick. 1,000 PAT a ticket, no limit. All 4 + Pepe Ball wins the jackpot (1 in 274,050); smaller prizes from 1k to 500k, and about 1 in 6 tickets wins something. Results are on /lotto.

!lotto 3 7 12 25 pb 4 · !lotto quick 20 · !lotto odds
PAT goes: 40% of each ticket builds the Lotto pot (the rolling jackpot, capped at 100M); 60% goes to the House, which pays the fixed prizes.

Bingo

75-ball bingo on the stream overlay. Cards are 2,500 PAT (up to 4), sent by PM. Type !bingo the moment you have a line; Pepe checks it for you. First line wins 30% of the prize pool, first full card wins the rest. A wrong call costs 1,000 PAT and a 60s sit-out.

!bingo start · !bingo buy 3 · !bingo
PAT goes: 10% of card sales to the House, the rest is the prize pool. Unclaimed prizes roll into the next game.

Trivia

Everyone pays the buy-in (default 1,000 PAT) into one pot and the winner takes it all. Pick a topic if you like.

!trivia 5000 movies · !join
PAT goes: player to player, winner takes the pot.

Showdown

Price-is-Right style: guess Pepe's secret number (1–10,000). 10,000 PAT buy-in, closest without going over takes the pot, and nailing it exactly pays a bonus.

!showdown · !guess 4200
PAT goes: the pot is just the buy-ins, back to the players.

Duels, brawls & the Arena

Dice duels (100 to 50,000 PAT), 1v1 brawls using your heist character's stats, and the Arena: a battle royale where the last fighter standing takes the pot.

Wagers & betting pools

Bet on anything that happens, in the room or out in the world. Somebody you both trust is the judge and calls the result. Stakes sit in escrow until then. Everything shows on /wagers.

1-on-1 wagers

Challenge one person. Your stake is held right away; they have 10 minutes to accept and match it. The judge (anyone but the two of you) picks the winner, or voids it to refund both. Min 1,000 PAT. If the judge doesn't settle by the deadline (default 7 days, max 30), both get their PAT back.

PAT goes: winner takes the pot minus a 5% fee.

Betting pools NEW

A bet the whole room can get in on. Make a question (yes/no, or your own options), name a judge, and everyone backs the side they like with as much as they want. When the judge calls it, the winners split the losing side's pool in proportion to what they put in, so a correct bet never comes back smaller than it went in. This is the classic racetrack (parimutuel) model.

!pool new Will it rain Friday? judge @carol closes 2d
!pool new Who wins? judge @carol options a/b/c
!pool M5 yes 5k
PAT goes: winners get their stake back plus their share of the losing pool, minus 5% of the losing side (set by the admins). If nobody backed the winner, or it's voided, everyone is refunded.
Pools vs markets: in a pool your odds are only fixed when betting closes and you can't get out early. In a prediction market you buy at today's price and can sell any time.
TRADE THE ODDS

Prediction markets

Polymarket-style share trading. Each answer has a price between 0 and 1 PAT, and that price is the crowd's odds: 0.70 means "about 70% likely". Every share of the winning answer pays out 1 PAT, losing shares pay 0.

How it works

  • Buying pushes an answer's price up, selling pushes it down.
  • Sell any time while trading's open: lock in a profit or cut a loss before the result.
  • Yes/no by default, or 2–6 answers. Trading closes at the set time (default 1 day, max 30).
  • The judge can't trade. A void needs a reason, and trading fees are not refunded: the Market maker takes back its seed first, then holders split what's left, up to what they put in. (Pools and wagers are different: a void there refunds every stake in full.)

Your positions on /markets show your entry price, today's price and your profit or loss, with a price chart.

Who pays the winners?

An automated market maker (LMSR, the maths behind many prediction sites) is always there to trade with you. The Market maker vault seeds each market's starting liquidity, and the pot can always cover every winning share. Whatever's left over when it settles goes back to the Market maker.

PAT goes: 2% fee on every buy and sell, to the Market maker that seeded the market (and its stakers).
EXPERIMENTAL

Pepe as judge NEW · EXPERIMENTAL

No neutral human around? A market, pool or wager can name Pepe himself as the judge.

1. Name him

Use judge @pepe when you create it. Works best for questions with a clear, checkable answer.

2. He proposes

When it's time, Pepe proposes a result and posts his reasoning so everyone can see why.

3. Dispute window

Players then get a dispute window (default 1 hour) to object if they think he got it wrong:

!market dispute M3 why · !wager dispute W3 why · ask him early: !market ai M3

4. Pay out or escalate

Enough disputes and it goes to an admin to decide. Otherwise it pays out automatically when the window closes.

This is new. Pepe can be wrong, so read his reasoning and use the dispute window if you disagree.
GET STUFF DONE

Bounties

Put PAT up for someone to do something. Others can chip in to grow the pot. Hunters claim it ("I did it"), and the poster pays whoever pulled it off; several hunters split it evenly. You can't claim your own bounty.

CREDIT

Loans

Person to person

Lend PAT with interest (a flat rate for the term, max 50%). The amount is held from you right away; they have 10 minutes to accept. Borrowers can repay early, in part or in full.

When it's due, Pepe collects automatically: whatever they have, then the rest as PAT comes in. Anything still owed grows 2% a day (capped at +50% of the loan) and the borrower carries a public LATE mark until square.

!loan @bob 50k 10% 7d · !loan repay L5 · !loan check @bob · !loans
PAT goes: the lender always gets the full amount back; 10% of the interest and penalties goes to the Bank.

Federal Reserve loans NEW

Borrow at the Reserve's rate, with the PAT lent out of the Bank vault. Within your limit it's approved instantly; your limit grows with your level and a clean repayment record. Want more? Ask the admins, who can also grant loans themselves.

!loan reserve 50k 7d · !loan request 200k 14d why (bigger amounts) · !loan reserve shows your limit
PAT goes: these loans are lent out of the Bank vault, so principal, interest and late penalties go back to the Bank (and its stakers). Unpaid loans are collected automatically, and a late borrower is marked LATE and can't borrow again until they're square. A loan 30 days late is a default: the Bank's own profit covers it first, the Federal Reserve lends the Bank anything more, and the Bank keeps collecting from the borrower.
SAVE & EARN

Staking: capital vaults NEW

Stake PAT from a stash into a capital vault: the 🏦 Bank (lends PAT, insured), the 🎰 House (the casino bankroll, most volatile), the 📈 Market maker (seeds prediction markets), or 🤖 Auto (the default, a mix of all three). You buy shares; as the vault earns, the share price rises and your earnings compound inside it. If the vault takes a loss, the price drops.

Requests run once a day at the cut-off (around midnight ET) at that day's price, and unstaking pays out once the vault has free PAT. Your stake goes back into the same stash.

Heists

Crew up and survive rounds of dice rolls to bank loot; bail out or go for the vault door. The store is always open; the casino job robs the Casino vault (its own pot, refilled by casino heist buy-ins) and the bank job cracks Fort Knox (half of everything spent in rooms flows into it). The incentive budget keeps both at 2M or more.
