Provably fair

When the raffle opened, PATV committed to a secret seed by publishing its SHA-256. At the draw, every ticket in order is hashed into the tickets digest, and the winning number comes from HMAC-SHA256(seed, digest) - then the seed is revealed so anyone can check it. Commitment: dd7155bf3c1a5bedf16ee5ff68729c00212fce57f681c09223b7805321a667eb The seed stays secret until the draw.

PAT are points with no cash value. Tickets are held in escrow until the draw; a raffle that doesn't draw in time refunds every ticket. The draw is provably fair: each raffle's page shows the proof.
